- 1. By when should I order the wedding dress?

Please make a reservation at least two weeks prior to the date of use, as wedding dress are delivered the day before the date of use.
- 2. Do I need to make a reservation to come to the shop?

We give priority to dresses who have made reservations in advance. We also accept same-day reservations, so please call us first.
- 3. Is it possible to bring a large group of people, including relatives, to the shop?

If you let us know in advance when you make a reservation, we will be able to guide you smoothly.
- 4. Is there anything I need to bring when I visit the shop?

We will prepare underwear for you to try on dresses, so there is nothing you need to bring.
- 5. Is it possible to use the service outside of Yangon? What are the extension fees, rental period, and system?

We can deliver to the venue you will be using if you are using the room in a distant location. We do not charge an extension fee if the number of days is known in advance.

6. What should I do if I live too far away to visit?
- If we know your height, foot size, clothing size, etc. in advance, we can prepare for you. We will send you pictures of the garments you choose, so please choose one from the list.

7. What should I do if the rental dress gets dirty?
- Please tell us the type of stain when you return the dress. Please note that we may ask you to pay for any stains, damages, or loss that cannot be removed by regular cleaning. Please refrain from using perfume and cigarettes as much as possible.

8. Is it possible to change dresses after the contract is made?
- Yes, it is possible. We do not charge a cancellation fee for changing items.

9. When should I make the payment by?
- Basically, we ask for payment before the use of the dresses. In the case of wedding dresses, we may ask you to pay at the venue.

10. Can you make alterations to my dress size?
- We have professional staff who can make alterations for you.
11. What is your cancellation policy?
In case of cancellation after 8 days from the date of contract, the following cancellation fees will be charged. (Consumption tax is required.)
Cancellation after 8 days including the date of contract => 20% of the contracted amount
30 days to 6 days including the date of use => 30% of the contracted amount
5 days to 3 days including the date of use => 50% of the contracted amount
Cancellation the day before or the day of use => 100% of the contracted amount

12. How many costume fittings are required?
- It depends on the customer, but we usually have 3 to 4 meetings before the wedding day. We will decide on the dresses by 3 months before the wedding, and after that, we will match accessories and confirm the size of the dresses. About a week before the wedding, we will make a final confirmation of the size and belongings, and then you will be ready for the day of the wedding. If you live far away from us and cannot come to our store many times, please let us know in advance.

13. Is it possible to order a dress?
- It is possible, but it depends on the time before the wedding. Please contact us first.

14. How long does it take for a pre-shoot?
- For studio shooting: about 3 hours *excluding the time for costume selection. For location shooting: about 5 to 6 hours (including travel time)

15. Do I need to have my clothes cleaned when I return them?
- No, it is not necessary. The cleaning fee is included in the rental price.

16. Do you accept credit card payments?
- We accept payment by VISA/Master/JCB/MPU. Various types of Web Money are also accepted. Please contact us for details as a default fee may apply.
- 17. Can you rent costumes for piano or singing recitals?

If you like the size and design, you can rent them.
- 18. I am pregnant. Can I choose a dress?

We will propose dresses that are lightweight, that do not show the size of your belly, and that are comfortable for pregnant customers to wear.

19. How many dresses can I try on?
- There is no rule regarding the number of dresses you can try on, but we have a room available for 2.5 hours per appointment. Normally, you can try on 3 to 4 dresses during the consultation and costume selection time.
